Hoisin Shrimp

1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper according to your liking
1 tbsp. olive oil
toasted sesame seeds

1. Combine hoisin sauce, rice vinegar and soy sauce in a small mixing bowl. Whisk until combined. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a large sauce pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer. Saute for about 2-3 minutes per side, our until shrimp are cooked through.
3. Add hoisin sauce to shrimp. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, tossing until the shrimp are evenly coated and the sauce is heated through. Add sesame seeds and remove from heat. serve warm over rice, quinoa, noodles, and/or veggies.
