Mexican Grilled Salmon Salad

1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
salt and ground black pepper
1/2 head romain lettuce, chopped
5 oz. grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
3/4 cup fresh corn
1/4 red onion, sliced
2 oz. Feta cheese
Avocado Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing

1. In a small bowl whisk together chili powder, cumin, paprika and onion powder. Brush both sides of salmon with olive oil then season both sides with salt and pepper then sprinkle spice mixture evenly over both sides of each portion. Add salmon to the frying pan and cook for 4 minutes per side.
For the salad
2. Divide all salad ingredients among 2 plates than top with salmon portions. Drizzle dressing over salads. Serve immediately.
