Grilled Salmon Sandwich with Dill Sauce

• 4 Slices of bacon
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp. dried dill weed
• 1 tsp. freshly grated lemon zest
• 1 baguette
• 4 slices of tomato
• 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
1.Cook the bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned, about 10 minutes.
2.On the same skillet place the two salmon portions on top of the bacon fat for about 5 minutes per side.
3.Whisk the mayonnaise, dill, and lemon zest together in a small bowl; divide on the bread. Top each with 1 portion of cooked salmon, 2 tomato slices, and 2 bacon slices.
