INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Pier33 Gourmet Langostino Lobster (thawed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the spaghetti: Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic: In a large pan, heat a little olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Make the pink sauce: Add the tomato sauce to the pan and stir for a few minutes. Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add Parmesan and langostino: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Add the Pier33 Gourmet Langostino Lobster and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Combine: Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce, coating it evenly.
  6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
