Pier 33 Gourmet Skin-On Salmon Value Pack
Olive oil
1 ½ tbsp. lower-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 garlic cloves, minced, divided
½ tsp. freshly grated ginger
1 cup sliced Brussels sprouts
1 cup sliced squash
¼ tsp. smoked paprika
Salt & pepper
1.Preheat oven to 400˚F coat sheet pan with olive oil.
2.Combine soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of the oil, honey, lime juice, 1 clove of garlic, and ginger in a large bowl. Place salmon in bowl. Toss to coat. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, combine remaining 2 tablespoons of oil, remaining clove of garlic, squash, Brussel sprouts, salt, pepper and paprika. Toss to coat. Spread on baking sheet and place marinated salmon portions in the center. Bake at 400˚F for 12 minutes.
