INGREDIENTS

  • 2 salmon fillets(skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular) 
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • Olive oil spray

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F
  2. Prepare the coating: In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the salmon: Dip each salmon nugget into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Arrange in the air fryer: Place the salmon nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch each other. Spray lightly with olive oil.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Tip:
For extra crunch, you can double-coat the nuggets by repeating the egg and breadcrumb steps!
