Salmon Nuggets

INGREDIENTS
- 2 salmon fillets(skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- Olive oil spray
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F
- Prepare the coating: In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the salmon: Dip each salmon nugget into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange in the air fryer: Place the salmon nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch each other. Spray lightly with olive oil.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
Tip:
For extra crunch, you can double-coat the nuggets by repeating the egg and breadcrumb steps!
