INGREDIENTS
- 4 salmon portion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400°F
- Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the salmon: Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the marinade evenly over each fillet.
- Bake: Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges then enjoy!
