INGREDIENTS

  • 4 salmon portion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  2. Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate the salmon: Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the marinade evenly over each fillet.
  4. Bake: Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5.  Serve with lemon wedges then enjoy!
