Spaghetti in Pink Sauce with Langostino Lobster

INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Pier33 Gourmet Langostino Lobster (thawed)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the spaghetti: Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the garlic: In a large pan, heat a little olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Make the pink sauce: Add the tomato sauce to the pan and stir for a few minutes. Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add Parmesan and langostino: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Add the Pier33 Gourmet Langostino Lobster and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Combine: Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce, coating it evenly.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
